How do you organize your pass thru?

I have a similar issue -- nice pass-through, small doors. So, I use tubs, one low-profile intended to roll under a bed (which keeps the grease from the hitches contained), one tub for the macerator pump, one tub for the sewage hose and fittings.
The pass through on my previous TT was also small, so I used low profile tubs. The new TT has much taller and bigger pass throughs, so I don't bother with the tubs. Also now have a large storage area below the lower bunk where I can store my hoses, campchairs and the Aussie BBQ grill.
