I just put a deposit down on a 2011 Host Everest. I am going to pick it up next month in Arizona. Glad you like it. I'll be putting mine on a 2014 ford dually with the 14k gvwr.
For the replacement locks you can go to industrial hardware. If you don't want a key do a search for combi-cam which is a combination lock you can set yourself which replaces that 751
