For the replacement locks you can go to industrial hardware. If you don't want a key do a search for combi-cam which is a combination lock you can set yourself which replaces that 751
I'm familiar with the combi-cams, I had them as replacements for the ch751 locks on my 5th wheel. They would not work for the basement locks on the Everest. It is not simply a 5/8ths or 7/8ths depth cam lock that needs to be replaced, you would need to replace the entire black locking mechanism. You will see what I am talking about when you get your camper.
Here are a few pictures. I have owned 6 RVs and have never seen a lock like this before.
