My 2012 Everest doesn't have those locks on the basement or any of the other compartments.
Mine came with 2 locks on the basement door. My locks look similar to the locks in the picture above.Your basement door looks a lot different than mine.
I tore my basement door off when the camper was new and a new one was only $125 including installation by Host at the factory.
Mine also doesn't have the two vents coming out of the tub/shower, the vents are in the wall.
