I couldn't find a 307RBS listed. Sure that's the correct model?
Anyway, you might be a bit underpowered with the smaller V8 and 355 gears, but I wouldn't worry too much. 10MPG is all can be expected with any gas truck and trailer that size; the most I've ever got with my Chevy 5.3 is 11.5MPG. Make sure it has a good transmission cooler, and good WDH/sway bar... don't get in a hurry and just have fun. Congrats on the new purchase.
