There are plenty of D rated tires that have the same load rating as some E rated tires. That said, 3750lb tires are much better for the application as you'd likely be over capacity by a little with the D's and that camper.
Consider some sort of added rear suspension capacity though since the 2500 doesnt have a dedicated overload spring, before the trip home. That's a long drive with the springs riding on the bump stops the whole way and that camper will probably bury the rear suspension. Airbags are a bolt on product, no drilling and only take a couple hours tops to install with basic hand tools. Even if you're doing a more complicated setup with load leveling or something, you can still slap the bags in, pump them up and zip tie the lines up out of the way. Your truck will thank you for it.
