So far, I have driven it about 18 miles to have it weighed and can tell the difference cornering, up and down hills, and bumps in the road.

I told my wife that I would feel comfortable with her driving it too. My daughter drives a school bus occasionally and she would do OK too.

I know that I am going to enjoy it and am trying to plan the next real trip.

Bummer for this weekend though - we are taking the motor-home with my daughter and 3 grandsons to visit my wife's mom and sister. Too many folks for the TC and the #1 reason I bought the Motor-home. The TC is really just for me and the wife, or just for me! :)

I attached at the joint covered by the metal strip. Tested the clearance when loaded Saturday. I will have additional 1/2" when my DualLiner is installed. There is several inches forward space. It hangs below the top of cab though.

Nice rig. Nice wind deflector. How did you know where to attach the wind deflector to the cabover? When attaching a rail for my cheapo side awning/sun shade, Lance emailed me a schematic of the framing to know where the screws go. Also, have you tested the clearance of the wind deflector visa v the truck cab?

I have a removable storage box that I keep a grill and other assorted items in. Actually have 2 storage boxes if I need extra space. I also carrier a small smoker for some occasions.

Very very nice. Ive always been a Ram dude, anyways. this would be a great setup for the guys weekend out... Better gas mileage than my coach, and I dont mind the less space as the DW does.

Once you drive a dually with a big camper, there's no going back to a SRW.
