Pictures of my new Dually and TC

First time owner of a dually. I have been carrying campers (Lance 200, Lance 1030, Lance 1055, Lance 1050S) on an SRW for at least 110,000 uneventful miles.

Just returned from weighing truck and camper - filled with diesel 1/4 mile from scale and full tank of water - 12,640 lbs. Rear Axle - 7,620 lbs. Front axle - 5,020 lbs.

But now, I will try this:

  • Welcome to the "Truck with Training Wheels" club.

    Next - Roadmaster sway bar. The difference you'll feel going from SRW to DRW will be that much better. Then Rancho 9000's.
  • Nice lookin setup. I will be curious to here your opinion on if the difference in handling is worth the upgrade and the downside of the extra width with the four rear wheels.
  • Once you try that dually out you won't go back. You look a tad low in the back but great looking rig.
