It is going to drop to 26 tomorrow night after only being in the mid 40s tomorrow. It will probably only be below freezing for 4-5 hours. I do have an enclosed underbelly, and the pipe are plex. Is that long enough to freeze the pipes?Tonight is my only chance to drain and blow the pipes, but I really don't have time. Camper is stored offsite, so I'll have to bring it to the house, winterize, and then take it back. I was going to bring it over this weekend to winterize, and a few other maintenance things.

Your pipes should be fine. It takes continued cold temp below freezing to freeze the water solid, and even more time for it to freeze to the point where the ice will cause damage.

I'd at least make sure it's drained the best you can. Based on your weather forecast it's not likely to freeze but frankly I'd be a little nervous. The PEX will expand, but valves and fittings won't. I was in a similar position a few weeks ago and had to find the time to winterize the RV and my irrigation system. I'm glad I did...

So that you can sleep....I'd also open the low point drains and all the faucets. Run a small space heater and leave the bottom cabinet doors open.

turn on the furnace at the lowest possible setting. Winterize on the weekend.

I bought one of these a while back, and returned it the next day. No power, took forever to air up a truck tire. I would question whether it can deliver sufficient air volume to blow out the lines properly.

Cigar connector is a bit weak. Clamps direct on the battery only is much better. (see picture)

But do these inflators really have the volume to blow the water out? I would think you need an air tank to go with it. Otherwise I just see bubbles floating up the pipe and leaving a lot of water in the low spots.

I have used our Harbour Freight compressor to blow out the lines when coming back to the mountains from Florida. It has the battery clamps and I used an adjustable regulator on the water inlet. Biggest problem was mating the blowout fitting to the compressor hose, but, with a little MacGyvering, it did the job.

I'm located in Georgia, where, it doesn't get below freezing for long periods of time - but sometimes does .. aka snowpocalypse and icepocalypse.

Local RV dealer service center staff told me that I don't need to worry about winterizing unless it's going to be below freezing for 3 days in a row.

Those aren't my words, but words from local dealer so use at your own risk.

I just winterized mine on tuesday.

fyi, walmart has 2.5 gallon of rv/marine antifreeze for < $5.

I heat my heat hot water to keep it up to optimal temperature. Drops below 140°, water heater kicks on, gets up to 180°, water heater kicks off.
