one big problem is that you're adding value to things that you shouldn't be.
things like the a/c, microwave/hood combo, outside shower, LP gas detector, gas stovetop, awning, gas/elec. WH, stab jacks, am/fm/cd stereo were all what's called standard "options", meaning you get them anyway for the base price of the trailer.
you don't add value to the trailer for things that always came with the standard trailer model. and all those things did.
you need to do some research on how to use NADA pricing.
2006 was the last year of the short-lived Zeppelin hybrid line.
i seriously doubt you'll find any specs or info, unless you contact Keystone or another Zeppelin owner has a brochure.
but trusty RVWeb.com does have specs and info:
2006 Zeppelin specs/info
so, your tow vehicle must not have the factory tow package if you have to have wiring done for a brake controller.
do you have the other items that come with the factory tow package?:@
type III/IV receiver, 7-pin connecter, trans cooler, rear end ratio for towing?
and that trailer will certainly weigh 3000lbs. as it sits, unloaded.
ask the owner for the actual factory UVW that's on the white sticker, inside one of the cabinet doors. that'll have the actual weight of the trailer, including the so-called "options" that aren't included in the "dry" weight, when it left the factory.
and finally, no way i'd buy it sight unseen. too many things that could be wrong with it without first inspecting it very closely.
