For a 2006 I'd not buy it sight unseen. Make arraignments to visit but have all paperwork ready in case you do like it so another trip is not needed. Check it over very carefully for water damage (soft floor), unless it was stored indoors it may well have issues. I'd think more like $5500 with no problems.
