I have the same problem. Went to a 2014 Chev Dually and the bed rails are a lot higher than they were on the old truck. I was in a hurry to get the camper loaded and noticed it hitting on the rear as I dropped it into the truck. Raise the camper back up , drive off to Home Building Centre and bought a sheet of 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood. Back home and dropped the camper into the truck, with the plywood on top of the rubber mat. Tied the camper down, and drove about 750 KM on the weekend. Camper didn't move around, and we drove on some"lovely " roads.
I have some other modifications to do, but I think for now I am going to leave the setup as rubber mat on truck bed and plywood on top, but will likely play with the setup.
The Chevy and the Bigfoot seem to play nicely together. :B
