Seems to cause some forward rocking of camper. The camper seems more flexible than it was with my 2011 truck.

Paul, in this link from the projects page, wood framework is used for support. You may not need the alignment blocks but the cross beams may offer some support to stop the rocking.
Alternate method:
The last pic shows how the foam board was glued to the bottom of the camper where it fell on top of the cross members secured in the trucks bed.
