Popup (1999 Niagara) Front Storage Rebuild

Well we have a 99 popup the adult kids use when they want to go camping. The front storage area has had some water problems over the years and we decided to attack this head on...

Prior to any work:

Bunk end removed:

Front storage area with ABS removed - Lots of water damage:

Front area with all removed by the floor:

All the parts:

Down to the frame:

New box build about 80% completed - working on water heater and access door holes next:

Have to pick up some ABS glue to work on some areas that were cracked on the panels, but otherwise it is moving along well.

  • Nice job, when we were faced with that on our Mesa pup plus a new axle and other repairs we took the easy route. Traded in on a new camper.

Thanks for the pictures, can't wait to see the finished product.
