POPUPs with Solar Panels added to roof

A cursory look at an IV and Power curve for a panel shows what it produces at a give set of conditions. The panel matches the load voltage (ie read the curve at battery voltage), the current at battery voltage is higher than at max power but the power is always less. MPPT controller claims to get max power from the panel and transform it to battery voltage/higher current less inefficiencies and/or current limiting logic near full charge.
