I had Camping World install a single Sharp 123W solar panel on my StarCraft RT11 trailer. They installed the solar panel in front of the AC unit and the controller was installed next to the DC voltage meter which is located right below the stove top next to the camper entry door. This was a good place for the controller because I can look at the charge level while standing outside my trailer. I also had two six volt batteries installed at the same time. Long story short I can run my heater all night in less than 30 degree weather(if you can stand the noisy heater fan) and in the morning my two six volt batteries are about 1/4 charged but as soon as the sun starts coming up the solar panel starts charging my batteries and the batteries are fully charged in less than three hours of daylight. With only one panel and the two six volt batteries I can do pretty much all I want to do while boon docking so long as there is good light. If you want pictures or more information regarding my installation and experience just drop me an email.
