One thing I forgot to mention is that I am also not a fan of holes in the roof and found ABS plastic mounts which I attached with 3M VHB tape. The panel has withstood 140 mph wind speeds with no problem. This was after consulting with a 3M engineer and careful calculations as to necessary surface area and very careful surface preparation.
