honda 2200 has the same feature now. and for $20 you can easily add that feature to any honda 2000 with a kit from hutch mountain.
or, just open the side of the honda, and turn the fuel drain screw.
downside, at least on the honda, is that it will take 5 or 6 pulls on the starter to get fuel into the carb bowl since it has a fuel pump.
But it is a good feature.
