- Francesca_KnowlExplorerI have a griddle that I've used for years that fits perfectly right on top of the grill on my portable BBQ. Covers the whole surface exactly. Mine's cast iron, but you can buy them of many materials.

Same here. :) - jfkmkExplorerRoad Trip! I have the griddle top as well as the one for pots.
- PadlinExplorerSounds like you may want a stove as opposed to a grill, I've heard good things about Camp Chef. Can get a full size add on griddle for it.
Camp Chef Everest - Wrong_LaneExplorerAnother vote for Coleman Roadtrip. Interchangeable burner tops make it a very flexible cooking appliance. The griddle is available in full top or 1/2 top, BBQ grills of course and as mentioned a wire ring so you can use it as a stove.
We added an outlet to our propane system and purchased a 12 foot hose so we can hook it to our onboard propane system. This allows us to eliminate the need for the small disposable canisters (expensive)
The whole things folds up nicely for travel in one of our basement compartments. - RoyBExplorer III have several different cooking tops for my COLEMAN ROAD TRIP. It certainly works great for us...
I still use the 1LB propane canisters for ours which last about three to four days with normal cooking as I also need the propane canisters for one of my back heat solutions.
My ROAD TRIP setup comes in handy roll around tote with wheels and is easy to setup.
Lots of cooking space with the two large propane burners...
