When you read the comments on mentioned rebuilds - 15 grands is still 1/3 of what new camper of this class cost and having custom rebuild you will have it leak-proof, unlike the factory assembly.
Captain - the member who makes all those pictorials had his camper rebuild with some hardware taken from boats, so that sure beats the "cheap, cheap, cheap" stuff you will find on new campers.
I did extensive dryrot repairs on my Fleetwood and even I am qualified home rebuilder, it is not easy job for single person.
Dealing with big sheets of roofing and sides require several persons, forklift, jigs and experience to do it right.
