HOGWASH ... you were fine when you initially said you weren't comfortable with a 104 V cut off, but now to imply there will be cumulative permanent damage is PURE HOGWASH. Dometic and their HUGE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, not to mention the P.I. folks who make the protection devices we are talking about here also disagree with your 104 V damage number.
FALSE STATEMENTS like the one I quoted do nothing to HELP others, but only frighten and scare them needlessly and IMO is a HUGE DISSERVICE to the membership here in general.
I personally see absolutely no need to worry about the low cut off number on the P.I. unit nor the need for auto former type devices, unless you routinely camp at CGs that do have low voltage issues and then I think I would be looking for another CG before investing in something like an auto former.
