Isn't it sad that we need to minutely inspect every seam and joint, use an IR thermometer, and a blower test and check for any signs of moisture. I thought I was doing all of that and still found a nasty rotten area on my TC. I had to rebuilt the entire bottom, rear corner on the right side of the camper. It just took a pinhole for water to travel down wiring from my jacks, enter the camper and rot out the wood. It seems manufacturers would know that when you poke a hole through the skin of a camper, you need something more than some surface sealant.
