For one we are full time since 2011. We use our Dually as the daily driver The wife even takes it into PalmSprings to go shopping.
Now look at the numbers on the link you provided. They "SAY" 16K GVWR but this is where that number is full of Barbara Streisand! The unloaded weight is 14,200# that only leaves 1,800# for propane, fresh water and everything else you will be bringing along.
The fact is most 5er's in this size will easily have 25% pin weight that would be 4,000# and it can easily be more than that.
So PLEASE take the advice of the people that understand the facts you truly do need a Dually!
I highly advise looking at the RAM trucks also.
Another thing at 41' it would be a very white knuckle ride in a SRW PU in the wind.
