I just picked up a 2016 F-350 SRW. It weighed in at 7860 with only myself and an empty fuel tank. With DW along and a full tank would be closer to 8360 w/o hitch or anything else. Mine is loaded with some stuff, so you could do better on weight if you got a more streamlined version.
I just ran some numbers on your 5th ('cause it is super nice!! Looks like a good contender for our 3rd trailer, only on our first right now :)) against my weights and keep going over my capability. I'm sure you can get an SRW spec'd out that meets your needs, but a dually would make that easier.
