Price Aside, Which one would you chose Hensley or Propride?

I would go with whichever one pops on craigslist first. That's what I did. There have been three local to me in the last three years. I bought two of them. One for $450. One for $200. Not typos. Both Hensleys. In very good condition other than crappy paint. The third one I put a friend on, he paid $800 and got lots of extras including a cover.
You can't go wrong with either. My opinion, go with the one that is the least expensive.
