I have a PT Avenger. Quality is fairly typical...better than my last trailer (a Rockwood...no offense to Rockwood owners...it was a 2006 and things have changed since then). Customer service has be excellent both in terms of warranty repairs and in terms of getting parts to make modifications (e.g. matching doors to install additional cabinet access, hooks matching existing hooks, OEM valences and shades to replace mini blinds on the bedroom windows).
I'd buy a Prime Time again, but I wouldn't limit myself to PT in my search.
