I don't know if this is a deal breaker for you but if you have the sofabed out you can't get to the bathroom from the back and you can't get out of the front bedroom. Well in reality you can but you have to climb over the corner of the bed, pull it out and take a look. That is one of the trailers that was in the top of our search.
