Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. It seems that you have a dealer willing to go the extra mile for you and that these days is hard to find. I read post after post with people saying you should expect these type of problems with a new RV and this is the one thing that really gets on my nerves. I can understand some minor deficiencies happening but when it comes to major issues like AXELS, WINDOWS etc.. this has got to stop. We as consumers have to take a stand this should not be the norm in the RV Industry. Thanks for posting your problems and good luck with your troubles.
