Primetime is part of Forest River. In 2007 FR was sold to Berkshire/Hathaway (Warren Buffett) and their cust service went in the toilet. I know of 3 dealers who were burned so bad on warranty work they dropped all FR products and have horror stories from another. Their is no reason why your dealer could not have sealed the window to stop the leak...you may not have been able to open it but at east you could have used it till they got it fixed....I know my dealer would have done that for me. Even if their is no Lemon Law covering rvs in your state a letter to the AG will get FR attention
