Don't need to replace the cylinder, just get it refilled. Propane exchanges usually give you 16lbs of liquid propane, where a propane company will give you 20lbs.
Also,what else are you running on propane? Hot water? Oven? Furnace? Stove? Grill? And, did your dealer actually fill them? Or did they just give you a partial tank and said they did?
