ok, so, for the record, right up front I am not affiliated with Amazon or Dometic.... Since getting to my (or most any of your) propane tanks just to take them out to see how heavy they are is a PI...

They really do work and as TowPro says, touching the tank with your free hand, they even work better. Must be something like the Duracell Battery, battery checker... I keep mine in the 'junk' drawer in the camper but I've used it on my propane grill at home too. Nothing worse than running out of gas with friends over for a cookout.
