ok, so, for the record, right up front I am not affiliated with Amazon or Dometic.... Since getting to my (or most any of your) propane tanks just to take them out to see how heavy they are is a PI...

To check level of propane in tank I have always just ran a couple of cups of hot water down the side of tank in a narrow stream. . Wait a couple of seconds then run your hand down the tank , when you get to cold steel thats the level. Free. About two pounds left when cold is below bottom curve of tank.
