A quick connect is an output fitting similar to an air compressor fitting that allows accessories (like outside grills) to use the camper's propane source. It's not at the connection to the bottles.
A popup my in-laws used to own had one at the kitchen counter and one in an outside hatch and the stove was a portable unit you could use at either location.
