I use our local U-Haul store to refill our two 30s and three 20s. It's metered so you only pay for what goes in the tank. The nice thing about the 20s is you "can" exchange them if you run out and there's no handy refill place nearby. Exchange tanks are only filled to 80% for safety reasons, not to rip you off.
