Not a TT propane tank but on my MH they will NOT fill it up. They fill to the 75% line on tank.
Last year I took a propane tank for fellow camper to a Pilot to refill. Same thing wouldn't fill it up claimed it was the new regulations. They only charge you for what they put in.
That all said.......
Just go to any CG that has a propane tank and get it filled. You do not have to be staying there to buy their propane. "They" fill it to the top. :W
When I am traveling down the road I just look for a sign of any CG that is an easy off and easy on and go there to fill my propane tank.
