So then fill to full line on the new diff cover and carry on. Hypoid has anti- foaming agents in it and Mag-Hytec boys are trying to solve a problem. Sorry I forgot all about the fill/check plug being on the pumpkin instead of the cover. Obviously the Ford engineers and their recommendations are not solving the heat and oil reserve issues if you felt you needed a different cover with added capacity.
