Yes, contact Sean. I had a similar problem with one of mine. Sean sent a new jack. A couple of times it caused the shear pin in the gear set to snap. One suggestion would be to use the tongue jack to take the weight off the jacks before running them up. Good luck. Once corrected you will LOVE the Propride!
