I think mine is an Amorthane sprayed in liner. Still looks great on my ' 03 Ram. Still keeps stuff in place with the antislip properties.
One thing to think about though. Mine came in a light duty and a heavy duty thickness. The current one is light duty, wish I had gotten a heavy duty since mine is used for everything not just towing.
The heavy duty stands up to the sharp edges of shovels a little better for those using theirs as real trucks not just tow vehicles.
