Most states that do allow you can't do doubles with two bumper pulls..
In some states like PA, towing doubles IS restricted on MANY roads which are not at least four lanes (two lanes each way) which would make it interesting if you strayed off on smaller two lane roads..
Although, I am always puzzled as to why anyone would wish to put themselves through the hassles of doubles.. Just watching truckers pull doubles tires me out with all the bob and weave and swaying back and forth of the trailers..
Last I checked it was totally illegal in PA on any road anywhere.
