Purchase New 2011 Palomino Maverick - Caveats?

I got a line on a new 2011 Model 8801 for about $14k out the door. It's been sitting at the dealers for, I assume, 3 years in full sun/rain/snow. Is there anything I should look for or be cautious abo...

RV's have a huge markup, and can be purchased for much less if you work at it a little. A used 8801 (which is what this one will be the day you buy it) is valued at $9820 low retail....... which is usually what they are actually worth. I think the price is high.
