Purchase New 2011 Palomino Maverick - Caveats?

I got a line on a new 2011 Model 8801 for about $14k out the door. It's been sitting at the dealers for, I assume, 3 years in full sun/rain/snow. Is there anything I should look for or be cautious abo...

Mine has been in use for three years Ann the seals are holding. Plug in at the dealer and try everything. palomino let me buy another year off full warranty for $150.00 ...so two year total...came in handy for a cracked bathroom pan.
