I think you will be over the tongue weight if it's 600 lbs.
Have you looked at the Jayco line of light weight TT? They have a new Jay Smart coming in June, with European styling, that looks very interesting. Jay Smart
With your TV wheel base I wouldn't want to tow a trailer over 25'.
You are right...tongue weight is too heavy.
