I am not aware of any quad bunk TTs at 27'. 32 seems to be the typical.
I am not aware of any TTs with quad bnks and outoor kitchen. They all take up the curb side bottom bunk space. Are 3 bunks enough?
There are quad BH starting arounf 5000 pounds dry, and with OK closer to 6000 pouds dry.
Funfinder 262 looks interesting. Mabe enough of a compromise for you.
Be careful of payload of your F-150. 7000 pounds loaded TT means 800-1000 pounds of TW. Typical crew cab F-150s have about 1400 pounds of payload. 1400 minus 1000 pounds of TW means your family and cargo in the bed can only weigh 400 pounds.
