This is the same thing we're considering for a few years out (the kids are small enough now for our triple bunks).
There is a smaller style of outdoor kitchen, which we prefer, that is just a little fridge, counter, sink, and space for a stove/grill. With this style, you don't lose the lower bunk.
These 4 models are all the same floor plan, some w/ a 2nd entry door to the bathroom. They are 32-33' long, and under 6000lb dry.
