I ordered the Cavanga model above and out of the box it measured 15" WC... adjusted it until the screw bottomed out and still at 13"!

call them for warranty replacement but I think you have other issues with the fridge.
Probably best to start a new thread on the fridge repair.
BTW I have and highly recommend Cavagna brand regulator.
