Question about sewer hose supports

I'm working on spending my Amazon gift card that I got for Christmas and was looking the sewer hose supports. I'm gonna pick up a set of Lynx levelers for sure but wasn't sure about the hose supports. Are they necessary? So far, I've just laid it on the ground and when I dumped my tank I just lifted up slightly to create a little fall in the hose. My hose that came with the trailer is only 10 foot so I have even thought of buying s longer hose. Is a 10 footer normally long enough? Help me spend my Christmas money lol.
  • How long do you stay in any one campground...on average. It is just one more thing to haul about and set up. Since we vacation in our RV and seldom stay more than 5 or 7 days in one spot it means we only dump once or twice at a campsite. Sort of makes hose management useless. JMHO
  • Hose supports are largely unnecessary unless you stay in one place and the management makes you use one. 10 feet will eventually prove unsatisfactory. Get more.
