Question about slides
Okay - we are new to a TH with slides - a) do you level the trailer and then put out the slide b) or put out the slide and then level the trailer???

on my sunline the slide floor bowed from stepping on it in the retracted position,it's a 13ft. wide slide with basically no support holding the floor except the partition between the dinette and sofa,I reinforced the floor to the partition and now keep wedge supports under the slide floor when retracted, now you can step on it all you want and it don't move.just gotta remember to remove the wedges from under the slide before extending it out.I would think this is why dealers are telling some people not to use the slide when retracted.
