What I notice and not sure what causes it, is the binding jack needs to be raised off the ground and you can see it move laterally just a bit. If the feet touch the ground vertically to begin with, I'm not sure how the load moves horizontally on what is virtually a level surface. I was presumming it was the difference in jack speeds.
