I have a 271bh, it is a Z1. Similar to the Zinger but lower height etc. I like it fine, no issues at all. Pulls great, lots of features and a decent size batnroom. One of our deciding factors was the narrow bunks with a privacy wall. Hung a curtain across and there is room for changing without having to use the bathroom.
The 271 was discontinued this year in favour of large bunks with no privacy wall. This seems to be a common floor plan for many brands.
I have no experiences with Jayco, but had an older unit years ago and was very pleased with it.
