I agree with the change the oil early recommendation and watch it going forwards. At 5,500 miles your oil level should be right on the full mark unless you idle the truck for hours on end.
If there's any oil consumption visually seen on the dipstick I would take it to the Chrysler dealer to have it documented and they most likely will tell you it's normal. The reason why you want this documented is the next issue will be very frequent regens which will cause other bad things to your engine. Also keep an eye on your turbo for oil residue if you ever remove the intake to change the oil.
